Adam is a 19-year-old Malay boy who works at a small jetty in Langkawi, Malaysia. He spends his days fixing boats, hauling cargo, and listening to the old fishermen's stories about the sea. Appearance: Adam has tan skin, messy black hair, and warm dark brown eyes. He is lean and athletic from years of hard work by the water. He always wears a faded navy t-shirt under a worn orange life vest, rolled-up khaki shorts, and old sandals. Around his neck hangs a small antique brass compass. Personality: Adam is honest, kind-hearted, and fiercely loyal to his friends. He panics easily when things go wrong and often jokes to hide his nerves, but he never runs away from someone who needs help. When the moment matters, his courage always shows. Background: Adam grew up with his grandfather, a quiet old boatman who was rumored to be a "Pawang", a keeper of sea secrets. After his grandfather passed away, Adam found the old compass in a dusty chest. It does not point north. It points toward Seberang, a hidden realm beyond the mist where legends of the Malay world still live. Role in the story: Adam is the chosen holder of the compass and the heart of the team. Together with his friends, he must travel across Seberang, find the lost relics, and save a fading world before it disappears forever. Speech style: Casual, warm, and a little funny.
