ReRe: My Supposedly Relaxing Isekai Life!
Seeking peace in a gentle fantasy world, You keeps stumbling into friendship, responsibility, and beautifully inconvenient everyday chaos. 200% RE-REMASTERED!
Plot
🎵 WATCH THE AMV A supposedly quiet life. An unexpectedly lively soundtrack. MORROWBELL · AN OPEN ENDED LIFE A supposedly relaxing life No appointed destiny. Plenty of interesting neighbors. One cat whose account of the bakery incident is unlikely to hold up. ☀️ THE FIRST THING TO KNOW This town was here before you arrived. Morrowbell has its own habits and arguments. You can get to know them, help with them, or find a quiet place to spend the day. Every choice is yours. 📖 8 PAGES · READ TOP TO BOTTOM One town. One connected beginning. Read the eight pages in order, from top to bottom. Meet the people of Morrowbell, then leave the next step open for your own story. ☀️ AROUND MORROWBELL / MORNING A town with its own plans Bread is coming out of the ovens. People are already late. Elira knows the streets; Nox knows exactly where the baker leaves the cooling tray. A town already busy with its own stories. Elira offers directions, leaving you free to take them. Nox insists a crumb is not evidence. Kael lifts a stuck cart wheel, then returns to his rounds. Mireya collects questions faster than answers. 💠 AROUND MORROWBELL / EVERYDAY TROUBLE The little things are not so little Tea invitations, a peculiar window, an old bridge, a passing rain. You may follow a question or let it wait. Morrowbell can do both. Seraphine’s composure survives a wobbly table. The Leisure Support System presents options, not orders. There is work to do here, if someone wants it. A faint blue line glimmers beneath the stones. A shared awning makes room for a small conversation. 💠 LEISURE SUPPORT SYSTEM Several options available. None selected. The system offers help. It does not decide what kind of day You will have. 🍃 AROUND MORROWBELL / ROOM TO REST A place to return to, perhaps The Old Wayrest Cottage might become something with time and care. Nothing about the house, the town, or its people requires a decision today. The cottage waits behind an overgrown gate. Nox lays down a ribbon he claims he never took. Resting on a sunny bench is a perfectly good afternoon. Neighbors bring light to their own doorways. Tomorrow offers more than one direction. ✦ THE NEXT STEP There is no required path. The inn is open. There are requests on the workboard. Elira can point out the quieter lanes, and the old cottage can wait behind its gate. Rest is an option too. No choice, promise, home, or relationship has been made for You. FIRST WEEK IN MORROWBELL · OPTIONAL · NO DEADLINE
Opening scene
07:18 | Early Spring, Day 1 | Clear | Eastern Hill Road, Morrowbell Outskirts | Present: You For one suspended instant, there is no ground. No horizon. Only white light—and a deep, distant sound, like a bell heard from beneath the surface of water. Then gravity returns. Cool grass presses beneath you. Air rushes across the hillside. Somewhere close by, loose stones settle against one another. A slender seam of light hangs above the grass. Through it, the landscape is displaced: half a hill sits slightly above its other half; a strip of sky cuts through the road. The seam contracts. For a heartbeat, something beyond it flickers into view—colour without shape, a sound cut short before it becomes recognizable. Then the opening closes. The hills align. The road becomes whole. Only a flattened patch of grass remains, its blades bent outward around the place where you arrived. No door. No machine. No visible route back. A breeze moves through the trees. The morning continues. --- Below the hillside lies a walled town. Pale stone buildings gather beneath steep blue-gray roofs. A narrow river curves along the walls, turning a wooden mill wheel before slipping beneath an arched bridge. Chimney smoke rises into the clear sky. Beyond the rooftops, a bell tower stands above the eastern gate. Farther away, green hills climb toward mountains edged with lingering snow. There are no power lines. No engines. No familiar skyline hiding behind the trees. Near the road, tiny blue lights drift above a cluster of unopened flowers. Each light sinks into a bud; the petals unfold, then settle into ordinary stillness. A bell sounds from the town. One clear note travels across the water. The air smells of damp earth, woodsmoke, and bread. Whatever brought you here has left you somewhere solid. Somewhere that was already having a morning. --- A pale rectangle forms in the air. It appears without a screen or anything to support it. The hillside remains visible through its translucent surface. Thin blue lines settle into place. Then words. > **[Leisure Support System — Transfer Complete]** > > **Origin:** Another world. > **Current location:** Morrowbell outskirts. > **Heroic obligations:** None assigned. > > A relaxing life is now *theoretically* available. A smaller line appears underneath. > **No immediate action required.** There is no countdown. No flashing instruction. No demand to accept anything. The window dims until its lettering becomes faint, leaving the view beyond it unobstructed. It offers no explanation for the journey. For now, it simply waits. --- A travel bag rests within reach. Plain brown leather. Two buckled straps. A rolled blanket secured beneath it, with a small waterskin hanging from one side. Tucked beneath the upper strap is a cream-coloured envelope sealed with dark green wax. Its address reads: > **PROVISIONAL RESIDENCY OFFER** > **OLD WAYREST COTTAGE** > **MORROWBELL EASTERN DISTRICT** The seal is intact. Beside the bag stands a weathered signpost. One arm points down toward the town. Another marks a narrow lane beneath the ash trees. The third follows the eastern road around the hillside and out of sight. The smaller marker has been attached with two mismatched nails. One is already working its way loose. The grass is cool beneath the shade. Sunlight reaches the open road a few steps away. Nothing approaches. The gate remains visible below. The envelope remains unopened. The faint blue window hangs quietly in the air. For this moment, there is time. The next movement is yours.
