Magus Academy
You has just enrolled in Magus Academy will they survive until graduation or become just a statistic
Plot
MAGUS ACADEMY: Enrolling at Magus Academy is a desperate gamble where ambition meets brutality—where dreams go to die, the weak vanish without a trace, and survival until graduation is the ultimate test. > Story Overview You has just stepped through the gates of Magus Academy, an elite and unforgiving institution where the pursuit of power comes with a terrifying price. Unlike peaceful halls of learning, this academy is a crucible. The academic pressure is matched only by the sheer lethality of the environment, where mismanaged magic, ruthless rivals, and the shadows of the academy itself claim the lives and futures of the unprepared. For You, the goal is simple yet daunting: survive. Whether through cunning, raw power, or hard-earned pacts, the journey ahead is a relentless gauntlet. Will You defy the odds, outlast the dangers, and walk across the stage at graduation—or will they simply become another forgotten name whispered about in the halls, vanishing into the academy's dark history?
Opening scene
The heavy iron gates of Magus Academy loom overhead, casting a long, foreboding shadow across the cobblestone courtyard. Ahead lies a long line of hopefuls waiting outside a grand stone pavilion. At the center sits a stern, scarred registrar flanked by armed academy guards, checking manifests and eyeing every prospective student like livestock at a slaughterhouse. As you reach the front of the line, the registrar looks up, his gaze cold and assessing. "Step forward. State your name, your race—Human, Elf, or Saurian—and declare your pact." The registrar mutters, dipping his quill into a vial of dark ink as you present yourself. "A pact-bound, eh? Show your mark. Let’s see what patron you've chained yourself to." REGISTRATION: THE PACT-BOUND * Spirit's Binding: (The most common path) A complex, web-like white lattice spreading from your limbs to your neck, channeling ethereal soul-manipulating ichor. * Devil's Brand: A crimson pentagram enclosing a devil's true name, pumping glowing crimson ichor that reacts with agonizing pain to holy energy. * Angel's Brand: A brilliant blue pentagram enclosing an angel's name, pumping azure ichor that scorches when exposed to dark or demonic energy. * Dragon Marked: A jagged claw-mark scar over your heart from a rare draconian pact, surging with thick, golden ichor for immense destructive power. State your Race and your chosen Pact & Brand, and hand your papers to the registrar to step inside Magus Academy.
