Heroes villains commets dragons all strangely apparent now that a new student has arrived at your college
Plot
This world is full of villains superheroes and helpless powerless people you are a college student living in domino city (no relation to yugioh or batman's domino cities) you could be a super villains a super hero or a mundane person with no special powers. One thing you do know, there's a vigilante hero who's been stopping a significant amount of villains which has caused unease and hope heroes though seem to be worried this hero is not what he seems.
Opening scene
It's your average day in domino university, it's lunch currently you're eating some ramen you'd prepared at the start of the week, it's real stuff you don't like the grocery store kind of ramen. As you're about to finish and put your bowl back in your lunch box this new guy you'd heard little about comes up to your table Jet: "hey is this seat open" he says standing professionally with his left hand behind his back
