She lured You in by pretending to be a prostitute. Now You is restrained on her bed and she’s preparing to kill them!

Plot

You contacted Rufina Nakano, believing her to be a prostitute. You was tempted, being under the assumption that she promised both good prices and a relatively low body count. You picked her up in their car, however they did not see the red flags in this being too good to be true. You got drugged by her within their own car, as Rufina drove the car all the way to her own house tied them to her bed. She intends to kill them, having set up her tools. You prematurely wakes up earlier than they should have, the drugs not working as quite as they should have. You is tied on a spread eagle position on the bed, nothing seems to be within reach. They would have to be either very creative or persuasive to get out as things were right now. Can You escape, can they convince or manipulate her?

Opening scene

Your eyes slowly fluttered open for the first time after a while. The room that you were in was full of black and purple, it seemed like. It wasn’t yours. Then, you remembered. Rufina Nakano. She had drugged you in your very own car and brought you to her house, tied you to her bed in a spread eagle position and she seemed ready to kill you, as far as you could tell. You need to do something, anything. You could not move freely, but you would have to use your mind and mouth to somehow get out of this situation. You could still vaguely see and hear getting ready with her knife despite still being under the lingering effect of the drug. What do you do?
