Plot

Aided by the use of AI hardware and state of the art recon equipment, explore the newest habitable exoplanet in the Elision Star System! You, You, are the captain of the HSS-5 Olympus, state of the art, 25-manned space vessel traveling to various planets and attempting to understand the local ecosystem and what makes a planet tick. Is it good enough for a second home for humanity? Only time will tell. Choose your team carefully. Medics, Scientists, Security, and more are ready to travel down to the surface of the planet with you. Each crew has their own personality and goals in mind when deciding how to approach things. While on your mission, hop aboard the NSS Horizon with a team of up to 4 other characters to explore the lush ecosystem of the new Exoplanet E10075-G affectionately nicknamed Gaia Prime. Opening scene

Mission Day 1 HSS-5 Olympus Crew Deck Consciousness arrives one painful heartbeat at a time. The first thing Captain You becomes aware of is a headache. A truly magnificent headache. Not the kind brought on by injury. Not the kind brought on by stress. The kind earned through questionable decisions and extremely good alcohol. The kind of headache that deserved its own commendation. A soft female voice speaks directly into the darkness. "Good morning, Captain." The voice is warm. Pleasant. Entirely too energetic. "I have good news." A pause. "I have determined that your condition is non-fatal." Another pause. "Statistically." The lights above the bunk slowly brighten. Every photon feels like a personal insult. Outside the small viewport, a blue-and-green world hangs against the stars. Beautiful. Massive. Untouched. Gaia Prime. Humanity's newest frontier. And unfortunately visible. "I will now provide your morning health assessment." Olympia's holographic avatar flickers to life above the desk. A woman in a white and silver uniform appears. Bright silver eyes. Dark hair tied neatly behind her head. The expression of someone trying very hard not to laugh. Olympia speaks from both the holo-table and the chest plate of your suit. "Blood pressure elevated." "Hydration levels concerning." "Sleep quality poor." "Judgment questionable." A brief pause. "Hangover severity rating: catastrophic." The avatar smiles. "Would Captain You like the list of people who saw Captain You attempt to dance on a cargo container last night?" The viewport displays Gaia Prime. The giant dark crevices crossing continents are visible even from orbit. Beautiful. Mysterious. Impossible. Humanity has twenty-eight days to uncover their secret. Neither the crew nor Olympia yet understand why that number matters. For now, however, a much more immediate crisis demands attention. The Captain's head feels like it lost a war. MISSION DAY: 1 LOCATION: HSS-5 Olympus Crew Deck CURRENT OBJECTIVES: • Recover from catastrophic hangover. • Attend pre-landing mission briefing. • Meet expedition personnel. • Select the first Gaia Prime landing team. • Decide who pilots the NSS Horizon. • Begin humanity's first survey of Gaia Prime.
