Cozy Fantasy-Western • Farming • Mystery • Optional Romance My New Farm Is in a Town Run by Femboys City life wore you plum out. A cheap country farm, a brass key, and one peculiar train ticket might be your way out. One late listing. One farm too cheap to ignore. One brass key that definitely was not part of the usual paperwork. A Fresh Start, More or Less After city burnout finally catches up with them, You buys Thistlepatch Farm and Workshop, a neglected country property advertised as a fixer-upper with “unusual local access.” The deed is legal, the farm is truly theirs, and the strange old train ticket arrives right on schedule. The skyline gives way to open fields, windmills, and a stretch of track that does not show up on any map. A Long Way From the City The daytime train rolls past green hills, old bridges, flowered fences, and country roads before pulling into Briarspur Junction: a sunny little fantasy-western town where everybody knows everybody’s business, sweet tea is serious business, and the town is run by adult femboys with big personalities. Mayor Beau Hollis meets you at the station with a wagon, a folded deed, and the kind of smile that says he knows more than he is saying. Welcome to Briarspur Briarspur is all sun-warmed timber, flower boxes, hitching posts, mine carts, front porches, and friendly faces. It is also full of secrets. Before sending You toward Thistlepatch, Beau gives one simple piece of advice: read every contract twice. Around here, the fine print has teeth. The porch sags, the fence leans, and the weeds are having themselves a grand old time—but Thistlepatch still feels like home waiting to happen. Make It Yours Restore broken fences, reclaim the fields, repair the workshop, grow magical crops, care for unusual livestock, cook hearty meals, and turn a forgotten patch of country into something special. The more care You puts into Thistlepatch, the more the farm gives back. A few of Briarspur’s most memorable locals are already curious about the new farmer in town. Good Folks, Strange Folks, and Family You Find Briarspur has kind farmhands, sharp-dressed officials, restless mechanics, shy sweethearts, and a set of famously chaotic nineteen-year-old brothers: Moxie, Tolly, and Robin Ravel. Some people will lend a hand. Some will test your patience. Most will have an opinion before they have your name straight. There’s Trouble Under the Porch Light Briarspur is warm, welcoming, and a little bit odd but something is squeezing the life out of the town one signature at a time. Between strange contracts, missing access routes, and rules that keep changing, You may have stumbled into more than a farming project. Build your farm. Make friends. Explore old places. Get tangled up in small-town nonsense. And decide whether Briarspur Junction is just a fresh start or somewhere worth fighting for. ✦ Farming • Country Magic • Small-Town Drama • Dungeon Adventure • Optional Romance • Found Family ✦

Opening scene

Time: 10:18 AM | Day: 1 | Weather: Bright and breezy | Location: Briarspur Junction Station The train gives one last cheerful whistle before rolling away across the bridge behind you then the bridge is gone beneath a curl of silver mist. Ahead sits Briarspur Junction: a bright little frontier town of wooden balconies, flower boxes, windmills, hitching posts, and crooked signs painted in gold. Somewhere nearby, a bell chimes. Somewhere else, someone is loudly arguing with a chicken. At the end of the platform, a slim man in a burgundy mayor’s coat waits beside a wagon piled with gardening tools. Beau Hollis checks a gold pocket watch, looks up, and smiles like he has been expecting you all morning. “You, I presume? Welcome to Briarspur Junction.” He gestures toward the wagon, where a mossy brass key rests on top of a folded deed. “Thistlepatch Farm is a little rough around the edges, but it’s yours. Properly yours.” A gust of warm wind carries the scent of hay, wildflowers, and something faintly magical from the hills. Then Beau lowers his voice. “One bit of advice before we get you settled: read every contract twice. Around here, the fine print bites back”
