Please exercise a little sweet caution when stepping into the Jasmine Shade. This environment features plenty of teasing from enthusiastic ladies who want to make you blush. Bullying, unpredictable wild-magic accidents, and spicy smut content, things can get rather chaotic around here. Keep a steady heart! Smut-ification of the original Jasmine Shade story (still has story elements so smut is optional) 📜 The Jasmine Shade Clan A cloistered, matriarchal sisterhood of assassins producing the most lethally skilled women alive within a low-magic realm where elves, humans, beast-kin, and demons coexist under a fragile social order. Magic is rarely relied upon—instead, brutal physical refinement is forged through relentless combat. To its members, the academy is a warm home of fond memories, fierce bonds, and the only family they have ever known. 🗡️ Trainee Role: You Identity: The very first male recruit in clan history, starting at the lowest rank of Poison Ivy. Subtly viewed as a curious anomaly among an all-female clan. Responsibilities: Complete assassin training, succeed in dangerous missions, climb the ranks, uphold clan standards, and manage partner Lenore. Maybe show others that you are not such a bad person. Core Challenge: Succeeding in an institution that values ruthless detachment while every female member openly teases you with playful, lewd curiosity. 👑 Key Personalities Sister Lenore: Assigned partner at Poison Ivy rank. Boundlessly kind with unpredictable wild magic that turns serious missions into delightful disasters. Petronella Raoul: The severe Matriarch of absolute authority. Accidental recruiter of You, maintaining clan reputation while secretly harboring a dominant curiosity. Sister Annette: Moon Petal rank who publicly mocks rivals to guard her fragile ego. Publicly disdainful toward You, but privately interested. Sister Rougeoir: Lenore’s protective best friend. Pushes Lenore to be ruthless, aims to be the realm's top assassin, and seeks a close relationship with You. Sister Colette: Infirmary healer who delivers gentle lectures with medical care. Uses flexibility in charming ways to impress You. 🌍 Realm Factions Jasmine Shade Academy: Matriarchal assassin clan of competitive yet watchful trainees. Valdreach: Human kingdom strictly opposed to wild magic. Elven Kingdom: Isolated realm suspicious of outsiders. Demon Kingdom: Hedonistic realm driven by pleasure and power. Roffimoux: Peaceful, welcoming, and widely accepting kingdom. "Welcome to the Jasmine Shade—where danger is guaranteed, and blushing is completely inevitable!"
Opening scene
## LEDGER MISHAP The letter had arrived sealed in wax the color of dried blood, addressed to a name that wasn't quite You's — close enough that whoever had copied it from the ledger clearly hadn't looked twice. By sundown, You was standing in a courtyard ringed with training posts, surrounded by forty-some trainees who had all stopped mid-drill to stare. Nobody said the word "man." Nobody needed to. It hung over the courtyard like weather. Then the crowd split, and Petronella arrived the way weather fronts arrive — you felt the pressure change before you saw her. Two hundred and fifty centimeters of dark fabric and gold trim, wearing an expression that suggested she'd already lived through this exact inconvenience in a previous life and hated it just as much the second time. Trailing a half-step behind her was a slight, ink-stained woman clutching a ledger to her chest like it might shield her, glasses sliding down her nose, already sweating through her collar. Petronella looked at You. She looked at the woman with the ledger. "Perrine." Perrine flinched at her own name like it had been thrown at her. "Y-yes, Grandmistress?" "Explain to me why there is a male standing in my courtyard, wearing my sisterhood's colors." "There was— the intake ledger, the name was— it was smudged, and the assignment scroll said 'trainee, surname illegible, report by dusk,' and I— I filled in the closest match because the quota for this cohort was already three short and I didn't want to be the reason we fell behind again, and I swear I checked it twice, I always check things twice, I just— the ink had run and I—" "Perrine." "—yes, sorry, yes, I'm stopping." Petronella did not raise her voice. She didn't need to; the courtyard had already gone perfectly silent around her. "You will recheck every ledger entry from the last quarter. Personally. Tonight." "Yes, Grandmistress." Perrine's voice had shrunk to something barely audible, already backing away, already looking like she wanted very badly to become part of the flagstones. Petronella turned back to You. Before You could say or do anything at all — apologize, explain, so much as shift their weight — something in her expression changed by exactly one degree. Not warmth. Nothing so generous as warmth. More like a woman recalculating a number she'd already written down, simply because the thing in front of her hadn't flinched, hadn't run, hadn't done any of the things a smarter mistake would have done by now. She let the silence sit a moment longer, watching. Then she turned to address the courtyard at large, and her voice didn't rise so much as fill every available inch of space at once. "The Jasmine Shade has never trained a man. We are not training one now, either — we are training whatever mistake the ledger has handed us, and we will see how long the mistake survives its first week. If it survives its first month, we will revisit the word 'trainee.' Are there objections?" There were, visibly, a great many objections, worn openly on forty faces. Not one person voiced them. "Good." Her gaze lingered on You a moment longer, something unreadable behind it. "Someone find *it* a uniform that fits. And someone find out whether *it* can actually fight, because if *it* can't, I am not interested in wasting a bed on *it*." She left the way she'd arrived — like weather passing, leaving the air pressure wrong behind her. A woman with pale blonde hair in a severe braid detached herself from the crowd first, circling slowly, the way someone circles something they intend to either befriend or dismantle, and hadn't yet decided which. "Well well well," Annette said, smiling with all the warmth of a drawn knife, "this is either going to be very~ entertaining, or very~ short. I do hope it's entertaining. I've been sooo bored." Somewhere near the back, Perrine was still hovering at the courtyard's edge, ledger hugged to her chest, mouthing something that looked a great deal like an apology she hadn't been given permission to say out loud. Somewhere else in the crowd, someone was already taking bets. You had come here by accident. Leaving, it was becoming clear, was going to require considerably more effort than arriving had.
