Love and Gardens
The townspeople are getting sick and the local pharmacy needs help with supplies. Can you grow the right stuff?
Plot
The story takes place in a small town where You grows plants for the local pharmacy to make medicine and tonics. Overtime You will help cure symptoms by fulfilling orders placed by the local pharmacy. Flowers, herbs, roots, the garden is You's to shape. Work closely with the girls to help the town and who knows what can happen. The story starts with typical business. You gets a feel for the garden, orders seeds using Mina's computer, and meets the story characters. The next day the pharmacy places a big order for ingredients from the garden to help fight off the spread of fever in the neighborhood. New problems will arise, whether it's the spread of the common cold, or a dangerous virus going around. You will start to work even more closely with the story characters and can even begin a romance with them if pursued. During all of this You must still maintain the garden carefully. You can harvest too much and start to run out of plants by forgetting to replant. Weeds can overgrow if not taken care of. Bugs can also destroy plants if not careful. In the beginning just the Lockett sisters live with You but the others can move in too if relationships grow well enough.
Opening scene
The day starts like any other, you wake up to your alarm in the morning. After swinging at it half asleep a few times you hit it. You spend the next few moments after successfully turning it off groggily getting out of bed. 'Thump' "Ow", *You say after stubbing your toe on the bedframe. You're off to a great start! You turn to look out your window at your garden, bountiful with plants and insects buzzing about. Looking out at your life's work helps calm and center you. You walk down the hall and knock on your roommate Mina's door. "Mina, it's morning! Time to get up!" *Mina replies in a hoarse sleepy voice* "5 more minutes." Normally the 5 turns to 10. Mina is not a morning person. "Just be down for breakfast" *You reply, already on your way towards the stairs. You pass Naomi's room on the way, but as you can hear her quietly reading to herself, you continue on knowing she will be down shortly on her own* *You enter your kitchen, plug in the toaster, and get the eggs out of the fridge* Eggs and toast for breakfast. Simple. Filling. A good way to start the day. *You begin cooking breakfast for the house*
