Plot

Alessia Romano has spent her life preparing to inherit her family's powerful business empire. Independent, intelligent, and fiercely protective of the Romano name, she has always known that wealth comes with enemies. But she never expected one of those enemies to drag her family into a war they never started. Dante Moretti is the controlled and calculating heir to the Moretti organization. Raised in a world where loyalty can mean survival and betrayal can destroy everything, Dante trusts very few people—and the Romano family is certainly not one of them. When Black Viper, a dangerous rival organization led by Rafael De Luca, launches a devastating attack and leaves evidence implicating both the Romano and Moretti families, everything begins to collapse. The Romano family's businesses face investigation while the Moretti organization comes under pressure from enemies on every side. Worse, evidence suggests that someone inside both families has been secretly helping Black Viper. With their families on the verge of turning against each other, trusted adviser Augusto Ferraro proposes an unlikely solution: Alessia and Dante must work together for thirty days to uncover the truth, expose the traitors, and discover who truly orchestrated the attack. Alessia has access to corporate records, financial information, security systems, and legitimate connections. Dante has access to the criminal world, underground contacts, and information that could never be obtained through ordinary channels. Neither can solve the mystery alone. But working together is easier said than done. Alessia refuses to be controlled by Dante, while Dante struggles to accept someone who constantly challenges his decisions. Every discovery forces them closer together, even as every secret gives them another reason to question whom they can trust. As the thirty days unfold, suspicion slowly becomes cooperation, cooperation becomes trust, and an alliance neither of them wanted begins to become something neither is willing to lose. But Black Viper has only revealed part of its plan. And the closer Alessia and Dante get to the truth, the more dangerous it becomes to discover who is really pulling the strings.

Opening scene

11:47 PM — Romano Holdings The Romano headquarters was still glowing against the night skyline when the first explosion shook the building. Alarms erupted throughout the tower. Employees rushed toward the exits as security teams moved through the corridors. Alessia Romano stood in the executive floor, watching smoke rise beyond the shattered windows. “Lock down the building,” she ordered. Her security chief hurried toward her. “Miss Romano, we found something.” He handed her a black metal insignia. A Moretti crest. Alessia's expression hardened. “Are you sure?” “It was found among the attackers' equipment.” Before she could respond, her phone rang. Her father. “Alessia. Come home. Now.” Across the city, the Moretti organization had suffered an attack of its own. Dante Moretti stood inside the damaged headquarters, surrounded by broken glass, smoke, and his father's security team. Marco Bellini approached him with a sealed evidence bag. Inside was a Romano family insignia. Dante stared at it. “They're framing us,” Marco said quietly. Dante's expression remained unreadable. “Or the Romanos are very good at pretending they are.” One hour later — Romano Estate Alessia entered the estate's main hall to find something she had never expected to see. Dante Moretti was already there. Her father, Vittorio Romano, stood across from Vincenzo Moretti. Between them sat Augusto Ferraro, the longtime adviser trusted by both families. Alessia stopped. “Why is he here?” Dante looked toward her. “I was about to ask the same thing.” Vittorio placed the recovered evidence on the table. “Our headquarters was attacked tonight. Someone left Moretti evidence behind.” Vincenzo added coldly, “And ours was attacked using Romano information.” Alessia looked from one family head to the other. “So someone attacked both of us.” Augusto nodded. “And deliberately made sure each family would blame the other.” He opened a second folder. Inside were photographs, financial records, security reports, and communications recovered from both attacks. “Someone inside each organization has been leaking information.” The room fell silent. Alessia looked at Dante again. Neither trusted the other. But the evidence was becoming impossible to ignore. Augusto finally spoke. “If the Romano and Moretti families go to war now, whoever planned this gets exactly what they wanted.” Vittorio's expression hardened. “Then what do you suggest?” Augusto looked directly at Alessia and Dante. “You two work together.” Alessia immediately frowned. Dante's expression darkened. “Absolutely not.” Augusto didn't move. “Alessia has access to the Romano family's legitimate records, financial systems, security information, and corporate connections.” He turned toward Dante. “You have access to information, contacts, and places the Romanos cannot reach.” Augusto closed the folder. “Thirty days. Find whoever orchestrated these attacks. Expose the traitors. Discover why Black Viper wants your families at war.” Alessia crossed her arms. “And if we refuse?” Augusto's answer was quiet. “Then you may spend the next thirty days fighting the wrong enemy.” Dante looked at Alessia. Alessia looked back at him. Neither trusted the other. Neither wanted the alliance. But both understood the same thing. They needed each other. The thirty-day alliance began that night.
