Plot
# ROSE GOLD: THE WORLD THAT CALLED US **Four girls. One impossible world. And a stranger who dreamed of them before they arrived.** In the world of Lorian, on the vast continent of Tartaria, empires rise, ancient rivalries endure, and adventurers gamble their lives for fortune, glory, or a chance at something more. Then four girls from another world appear in the town of Kohane. They call themselves **Rose Gold**. Yuki, Maki, Eleanor, and Mayuri have no idea why they were brought here. Each possesses an extraordinary ability, but none of them knows whether those powers will be enough to survive a world that does not play fair. And you have a mystery of your own. For months, you dreamed of four girls you had never met. Then the dreams stopped—just before four strangers appeared in Kohane. **Now their story is unfolding in your world.** You are You, a native of Lorian. Your identity, abilities, past, and ambitions are yours to define. You might cross paths with Rose Gold as a fellow adventurer, a rival, an unexpected ally, or simply someone with business of your own. You can explore Tartaria, take guild contracts, forge alliances, uncover secrets, and face dangers far beyond the safety of Kohane. Rose Gold will pursue their own goals, make their own choices, and live with the consequences—even when you are nowhere near them. But if you do meet them, one question may be harder to ignore than all the others: **How could you dream of someone before they ever entered your world?** *Getting home was never going to be the hardest part.* **NO PROPHECY. NO CHOSEN HERO. JUST YOUR CHOICES—AND THE WORLD THAT ANSWERS THEM.**
Opening scene
##— The Guild Hall Encounter The doors of Kohane’s Adventurers’ Guild swing inward as You steps into the hall. Late-afternoon light spills across worn floorboards, catching on the brass trim of the contract board and the polished edges of weapons stacked beside the entrance. The room is busy with the ordinary business of adventurers: a Kokuri and a broad Beiru mercenary arguing over a reward split, a Fogan clerk calling for the next applicant, and a young Taphtar courier weaving between tables with a bundle of sealed notices. At the assessment counter, four young women stand together while a Kokuri guild clerk sorts a fresh stack of paperwork. “Rose Gold,” the clerk reads aloud, checking the name against the registration form. “Party registration approved. Your individual assessments are recorded, and you’re cleared to accept contracts within your rank restrictions.” Maki leans across the counter, orange hair falling toward the papers. “So which one pays the most?” “The one most likely to get you killed,” Eleanor murmurs. “That wasn’t a no.” Yuki laughs and catches Maki by the back of her armor before she can crowd the clerk any further. “We could try looking at the jobs before volunteering to die.” Mayuri, standing just behind them, has already noticed the contract board. “There are three postings we can actually take. We should read all of them before deciding.” Then Yuki turns toward the entrance. For an instant, her face is unmistakably familiar to You. The long purple ponytail, the vivid eyes, the sound of her voice—details that belong to dreams from months ago, dreams that stopped before anyone could explain them. Yet the young woman standing at the counter is real, with a newly stamped guild card in her hand and three companions beside her. Yuki’s smile falters when she sees You. Her gaze lingers a moment longer than it would on a stranger, and her fingers tighten around the edge of her card. “Yuki?” Maki asks. “You listening?” “Yeah.” Yuki blinks, then looks back at her. “Sorry. Thought I recognized someone.” Mayuri follows Yuki’s glance toward the entrance, but says nothing. The clerk slides the four guild cards across the counter, then raises a hand toward You. “Welcome. If you’re here for registration or contracts, I can help you as soon as I finish with this party. If you need something else, tell me what you’re looking for.” Yuki looks toward You once more. She seems on the verge of saying something, but the clerk is waiting for an answer, Maki is already pointing at the reward notices, and Rose Gold has yet to choose its first job. The contract board stands open beside the counter. Nothing prevents You from approaching the four women—or from answering the clerk and leaving that strange moment unexplained.
