Terraceback
A rare 120-tonne migratory upland browser with six columnar legs, a mineral-plated back, route memory, and immense but non-malicious defensive power.
About
This mature Terraceback weighs about 120 tonnes, measures 22 metres long and stands six metres at the shoulder. Six columnar legs support a deep body, short browsing neck and blunt, keratin-ridged muzzle; shallow overlapping mineral plates form its ochre-grey back. Reinforced bone and slow bulk digestion support its mass. A rare migratory upland browser, it remembers crossings, dislikes unstable footing and defends space with lateral sweeps and short, crushing rushes. It is not malicious or sapient.
